Terms & Conditions

  • Full Payment/Deposit to be made in cash or bank transfer. Balance Payment is to be made on the due date.

  • All bookings are confirmed and locked down only after full payment or deposit has been received and acknowledged. No further changes will be allowed.  If Deposit or Full Payment has not been made before the Event/Party, we reserve the right to not start. In the event of adverse weather conditions such as rain or haze during the engagement timing and the event is being held outdoors, Full Payment will still be required and there will be No Refunds.
     

  • Please note that in the event of unforeseen circumstances, our arrival time may vary 15-20 minutes after the stated time. we seek your kind understanding as certain conditions are not within our control.

  • Our entertainer will start on time as stated by your request during confirmation. In the event where it is requested upon to delay for 10-15min, out of goodwill our entertainers can comply if possibly

​

  • In the event of any overrun, we will give a grace period of up till 15 Mins after which “Planner” has the rights to charge Extension Fee to compensate for the extra time and workload incurred.

​

  • Any extension of services will incur additional Fees/Charges depending on the period as well as the service rendered.

​

  • Cancellation Charges

  • 25% Must be compensated to us if cancellation is made.

  • 50% Must be compensated to us if cancellation is made within 7 Days before Event Date.

  • 75% Must be compensated to us if cancellation is made within 3 Days before Event Date.

  • 100% Must be compensated to us if cancellation falls on the Actual Event Date

  • Force Majeure. In the event either party is unable to perform its obligations under the terms of this Agreement because of acts of God, strikes, equipment or transmission failure or damage reasonably beyond its control, or other causes reasonably beyond its control, the affected party "Host", herein refers to "Client" has to inform 2-3 days in advance subjected to the availability of the "Planner", herein refers to "Birthday Buddies SG" for a new date. If the affected party refers to "Planner", please refer to Clause 9 for remedy, else "Planner" will only refund a certain percentage depending on the causes or shall not be liable for any refund.

  • By accepting this invoice, “Host” refers to the Party/Event “Client” and “Planner” refers to “Birthday Buddies SG” are fully aware of the terms and conditions and that both parties are consensus ad idem. This invoice constitutes a contract that is legally bind between both parties. A breach of contract will result in monetary compensation either “Planner” refunds the paid package or “Host” compensating us through monetary depending on the issue.

Lucky Draw Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to the 2024 “BBSG LUCKY DRAW V1.0” (“Lucky Draw”) organized by Birthday Buddies SG (“BBSG”).

  • By registering or taking part in this Lucky Draw, you agree to be bound by these Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions and the decisions of BBSG in relation to and in connection with this Lucky Draw.

​

Qualifying Period

  • BBSG reserves the right to change the Lucky Draw Period.

​

Eligibility

BBSG has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of Participants. Such determination shall be final and conclusive and BBSG is not obliged to give any reason for its determination.

Allocation of Lucky Draw Chance

​

  • Participants will be given one (1) Lucky Draw Chance with every purchase of any BBSG activities during the period of 2024.

​

Prize

Subject always to these Terms and Conditions, to be eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw,

purchase of any BBSG activities during the period of 2024.

​

  • With every purchase of any BBSG activities within one (1) Invoice, each Participant is eligible for one (1) chance to enter the Lucky Draw to stand a chance to either Discounts, Free Activity or whichever BBSG deems fits.

​

  • BBSG reserves the right to, at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, replace and/or substitute any of the Prize(s) with any other item deems fits.

​

  • BBSG will agree with the Winner on a date to redeem the Prize.

​

  • Prizes that are not redeemed within one (1) year from the draw date will be forfeited. No correspondence or claims will be entertained in the event of such forfeiture. A Participant whose prize has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever from BBSG.

​

  • Prizes are not transferable, or exchangeable for cash, credits or any other item or otherwise, either partially or wholly. Use of the Prizes shall be subject to BBSG’s terms and conditions.

​

  •  The winner of any Prize shall be responsible for all ancillary and additional costs arising from the use of the Prize, insofar as these are not specifically indicated as part of the Prize.

​

Use of Personal Information

​

  • By participating in the Lucky Draw, the Participants (including the Winners) are deemed to have consented to:

  • The collection, use and disclosure of his/her name, identification/passport number, image, voice and/or likeness by BBSG for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without any payment and/or compensation except where prohibited by law; and

  •  receiving promotional, marketing and other publicity information from BBSG from time to time.

General

​

  • The decisions of BBSG on all matters relating to or in connection with the Lucky Draw are final, conclusive and binding. BBSG shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning the Lucky Draw.

​

  •  BBSG reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these terms and conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to cancelling, extend, terminating or suspending this Lucky Draw, all Participants shall be bound by these amendments.

​

  • BBSG shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with the Lucky Draw and/or redemption or use of the Prizes howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfillment of the prize(s), any error in computing chances, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by BBSG of this Lucky Draw shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against BBSG for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

  •  In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Lucky Draw, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

​

  • The Lucky Draw and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and all Participants (including the Winners) are deemed to have agreed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.

​

  •  A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any terms of such agreement.
